Compass Group Australia is seeking an experienced Chef to prepare, cook and serve quality meals for residents at Zeehan Village, TAS. You’ll operate on a DIDO basis with 5 days on, 2 days off, driving in/out from Zeehan or nearby towns.
Responsibilities include buffet-style cooking, kitchen teamwork, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. You must hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
