Talent Quarter is hiring a Senior Support Worker in Castle Hill, NSW on a permanent basis. You will join a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred disability support to NDIS participants and contribute to care planning, workflows and governance.

The ideal candidate has a Certificate III or IV in Disability (or equivalent), 5+ years’ experience, current First Aid/CPR, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening and a valid Australian driver’s licence.
