Job Description

Uniting Vic. Tas is seeking a Manager - Parenting & Families in Narre Warren to lead service delivery, develop high-performing teams and ensure high-quality outcomes. The role focuses on operational performance, budget management and alignment with funding requirements.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, drive continuous improvement, and report to senior leadership. Parental leave cover until Aug 31, 2027, with full time hours and SCHADS Level 8 positioning.
