COS Australia is seeking a Store Manager to own store performance, focusing on exceptional customer experiences that drive sales and profitability. You will lead a team to deliver operational excellence, training, and a high-standard in-store workplace.
You will balance front-of-house energy with back-end efficiency, guide recruitment, onboarding and development, and ensure compliance and visual merchandising guidelines are upheld. This is a 6-month cover role, 38 hours per week.
