We are seeking an experienced, reliable and responsible Guest Service Agent to join our friendly team at a hotel in Perth CBD. This is a long-term position offering approximately 4–5 shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs
Handling reservations, payments, phone calls and emails
Responding professionally to guest enquiries and concerns
Completing daily front-office duties accurately
Working independently and supporting the wider hotel team

Requirements:
Previous hotel front-office experience is essential
Reliable, responsible and detail-oriented
Robust communication and customer-service skills
Confident using hotel booking systems
Experience using RMS will be highly regarded
Adaptable availability, including weekends and public holidays
