About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying new business prospects, building robust client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
Generate leads through networking, cold outreach,
and industry events.
Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
Track and report on business development activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
