About the role
You'll be working across a variety of packaging machinery and production processes. We're looking for someone who can confidently operate machinery and is keen to develop their skills further.
As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, including:
Operating a variety of packaging machinery
Machine setup and changeovers
Monitoring production and quality
Troubleshooting and resolving basic machine issues
Multitasking across different production lines
Working autonomously once trained
Following food safety, quality and production procedures
Working as part of a close-knit production team
What we're looking for
You'll ideally have previous experience as a Machine Operator within FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging or a similar production environment.
We're looking for someone who:
Has hands-on machine operating experience
Understands production and packaging processes
Can follow procedures and maintain quality standards
Is mechanically minded and enjoys troubleshooting
Can work independently and as part of a team
Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
Wants to learn and develop their skills
