El Mexicano is looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista & All-Rounder to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, making quality coffee, and supporting the smooth running of a busy hospitality venue.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve quality coffee, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and other beverages.
Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
Prepare and serve food and drinks according to venue standards.
Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, dining, and service areas.
Operate the coffee machine, grinder, and other café equipment safely.
Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
Restock coffee, beverages, food items, and other supplies.




Assist with opening and closing duties.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.
Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods.

About You:
Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred.
Confident using a coffee machine and preparing quality coffee.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused.
Reliable, punctual, and well presented.
Able to work in a quick-paced setting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Versatile availability, including weekends and evenings.
Willing to assist across different areas of the venue as needed.

Pay: $27.50 – $48.41 per hour
