Job Description
Concentric in Carrum Downs is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team. You will support adolescents and adults with diverse diagnoses, improving mental health and wellbeing through evidence-based plans and team-oriented care.

You will deliver assessments, develop strategies for behaviours of concern, and contribute to reports and goals within NDIS plans, with mentoring and adaptable work options to support growth.
