What you'll be doing
Leading and mentoring a team of educators within the baby room
Delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences grounded in the EYLF
Providing warm, responsive care to babies, including feeding, sleep, and nappy routines
Building genuine, trusting relationships with babies, families, and colleagues
Contributing meaningfully to programming,



documentation, and curriculum planning
Collaborating with an experienced, supportive team that lifts each other up
Upholding and building on our Exceeding-rated practice every day

Who we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification
Experience leading or working within a baby or toddler room.
Current Working with Children Check
Child Protection & Child Safety Training
Current approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications
A genuine passion for early childhood education and children's wellbeing
Someone who takes pride in their practice and is always looking to grow
Robust communicator who builds meaningful connections with families
