Associate – Corporate Finance & M&A;

Kenbury is seeking expressions of interest from high-calibre Corporate Finance and M&A; professionals at the Associate level.

We are working across opportunities with global investment banks, leading independent advisory firms, specialist corporate finance platforms and investment businesses.

Candidates will ideally have approximately 3–7 years’ experience gained within:
Investment banking or corporate advisory
Corporate development or principal investment
Infrastructure, energy, financial institutions or general industrials advisory

Relevant experience may include financial modelling, valuation, transaction execution, due diligence,



preparation of client materials and supporting senior bankers throughout the deal process.

We are particularly interested in candidates with solid technical capabilities, demonstrated transaction experience and the ability to take increasing responsibility across live mandates.

Prospects may span M&A;, capital advisory, infrastructure, energy, FIG, general industrials and broader corporate finance.
