Life Without Barriers is seeking a dedicated Child & Family Practitioner for our Unley office in SA. You will provide skilled casework, assessments and support to place children and young people in secure, family-based settings with relatives or significant people in their lives.
You will work with carers, families and government agencies to implement care plans prioritising safety, stability and long-term wellbeing, mentoring carers using the CARE model to address trauma and complex needs.
