Wesley Mission Queensland is recruiting a Registered Nurse for Hummingbird House, Queensland's only dedicated paediatric hospice. The role focuses on holistic, family-centered nursing, symptom management and end-of-life care within a multidisciplinary team.
You will coordinate care plans, educate families, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining the highest standards of accreditation and safety. AHPRA registration is required, with experience in palliative care highly valued.
