You will oversee rostering, recruitment, training and staff performance, while leading a team to deliver highly personalised guest experiences.
You will manage rosters, reviews and reporting, collaborate on spa promotions, and maintain stock control. Prior experience in luxury hospitality with Book4Time is preferred.
