About our clientOur client operates a fully licensed private function vessel on the Swan River in Perth, catering for up to 200 guests across corporate events, celebrations, cocktail functions, dinner and dancing events and school cruises.The business has:A strong repeat client baseAn experienced casual teamEstablished operating proceduresA fully enclosed, temperature-controlled interior and external deckA self-sufficient galleyStrong seasonal demand from October through summerAbout the opportunityWe are seeking a customer-centric Venue Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day front-of-house operations of this established venue.You will be responsible forPlanning and delivering charter events to a high service standardLeading and rostering the casual front-of-house teamManaging suppliers, stock and purchasingOverseeing venue administration and event preparationEnsuring compliance with liquor licensing, food safety and maritime requirementsLeading the team during events and overseeing post-event resetThis is a hands-on, autonomous role working closely with the Functions Coordinator, Skipper and external maritime advisors.Maritime experience is not required, with full operational documentation and specialist support provided.About youYou will ideally haveVenue,
