customers and internal teamsEnsuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and company safety proceduresManaging shift handovers and ensuring accurate operational reportingSupporting a positive, accountable and safety-focused team cultureAbout You We are looking for someone who brings:Previous experience within transport, logistics, fleet operations or supervisionStrong leadership skills with the confidence to manage drivers and operational challengesA solid understanding of transport compliance and CoR requirementsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsThe ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-moving environmentStrong computer and transport system skillsA hands-on attitude - you're someone who is happy to jump in and get things done!
