Position: Cook (ANZSCO ******)Salary: $78,000 - $82,000 + SuperannuationLocation: FORBES NSW ****Our client, Forbes Inn, is looking for an experienced and agile Cook to join their growing kitchen team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:Examining foodstuffs to ensure qualityRegulating temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipmentPreparing and cooking foodSeasoning food during cookingPortioning food, place it on plates and add gravies, sauces and garnishesStoring food in temperature-controlled facilitiesPreparing food to meet special dietary requirementsBe a team playerMay plan menus and estimate food requirementsMay train other kitchen staff and apprenticesTo be considered for this role, you must have:Relevant qualification/s2-3 years experience in a similar role/settingExcellent communication skillsPassion for cooking
