In this role you will work closely with the Practice Manager to maintain efficiency of the Treatment Room while training and mentoring clinical staff.The TasksProvide leadership and effective management to a team of NursesEnsure patient care is provided efficiently and effectively by managing varied clinical procedures as necessaryCoach, train, and mentor the team, so that they can deliver the best clinical outcomes to all patientsMaintain the Treatment Room and ensure it is being run efficiently with appropriate staff numbers, following best practice proceduresAssist the GP with conducting health assessments,
