Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Research & Evaluation to provide strategic and operational leadership across the Bolton Clarke Research Institute's research, evaluation and implementation portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Research, you will play a key role in translating research into practice, driving portfolio performance and strengthening evidence-informed decision making across the organisation.Key responsibilitiesLead the planning, coordination and delivery of the Research Institute's portfolioTranslate strategic priorities into operational plans, deliverables and outcomesOversee research, evaluation and implementation projects to ensure quality and timely deliveryDrive portfolio governance, risk management, reporting and performance monitoringSupport the integration of research into practice, policy and service improvement initiativesBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including academic and industry partnersPrepare high-quality reports, board papers, briefs and strategic communicationsProvide mentoring, guidance and capability development across research and project teamsContribute to continuous improvement, innovation and organisational impact initiativesAbout youYou are a strategic and collaborative leader with experience delivering complex research,
evaluation, implementation or health improvement programs.
You can operate confidently at both strategic and operational levels while building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.You will bring:Significant experience leading research, evaluation, implementation or health service improvement programsStrong project and portfolio management capabilityExperience translating evidence into practice, policy or service delivery improvementsExceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsHighly developed written communication skills, including executive reporting and briefing papersExperience mentoring, coaching or leading teamsTertiary qualifications in a health, research or management-related disciplineExperience within aged care, healthcare, community services or a related sector will be highly regardedImportantly, you will mirror our values of Be Kind; Listen; Be Curious; Always safe; and Always together in all aspects of your work.Prospect to influence research and innovation at a national levelStrategic leadership role within a respected Research InstituteWork with leading researchers,
