You will support talent managers, assist with crew capacity management, and collaborate with artists, production teams, and editorial to ensure a positive experience at ILM.You will update crewing databases, coordinate meetings, onboard new artists, and handle timecards and leave processes in production tools.
Solid HR exposure and VFX knowledge are beneficial.
