Managing end-to-end claims, with a mixture of front and tail claimswithin a self-insurance setting.This is a permanent full-time role, with the office located in Ipswich, Queensland.About the roleManaging a portfolio within Queensland legislation, self-insurance and business requirements to reduce outstanding liabilities and achieve cost-effective RTW (return to work) outcomes.Engaging with key stakeholders to bring about understanding, involvement and continuous improvement with claims management.Conducting timely and appropriate case reviews with stakeholders to ensure individual case strategies are developed,
