Step into a newly created Area Manager role with an iconic fashion brand, where your leadership, commercial mindset and ability to develop people will make a real impact.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you'll be out in stores, supporting Store Managers, building high-performing teams and driving performance across NSW.
About the role You'll be the key link between the stores and District Manager, providing leadership, coaching and operational support across your area.
You'll spend plenty of time in stores, building relationships with teams, developing Store Managers and identifying opportunities to drive performance.
Key responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teamsDrive sales, KPIs, productivity and commercial performanceProvide hands on operational support across storesVisit stores regularly to build relationships and drive consistencySupport recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day leadership across the areaBuild team capability, engagement and performanceEnsure strong operational, customer and brand standards
About you
You're a confident retail leader who enjoys being close to the action.
You're commercially minded, people-focused and comfortable working across multiple locations.

Essential skills & experience
Robust multi-site retail leadership experienceFashion, footwear or premium retail experienceProven ability to coach and develop Store ManagersStrong understanding of KPIs and commercial performanceHands-on and operationally strongComfortable working across multiple locationsPassionate about people, performance and great retail
