and a good sense of humour make all the difference.You'll be joining a clinic where:Teamwork is highly valuedProfessional development is encouragedIdeas and innovation are welcomedWork-life balance genuinely mattersThis is a fantastic opportunity to lead a passionate team while continuing to contribute to the ongoing success of a thriving clinic.About the RoleAs Practice Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operation and long-term success of the clinic.You'll work closely with the Veterinary Director, nursing team, and regional leadership to create an environment where people thrive, clients receive exceptional service, and patients receive outstanding care.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and supporting the nursing and reception teamsCreating and maintaining a positive, engaged workplace cultureManaging rostering, workflow, and team coordinationSupporting recruitment, onboarding, and team developmentMonitoring clinic performance and key business metricsSupporting client service excellence and patient care standardsManaging stock control and inventory processesEnsuring clinic compliance and operational standards are maintainedWorking closely with the Vet Director and regional leadership teamDriving team engagement, retention, and professional developmentIdentifying opportunities to improve clinic operations and efficiencyProviding hands-on nursing or reception support where requiredThis role offers the opportunity to have a genuine influence on clinic culture, team engagement, and business performance.About YouWe're looking for someone who:Has previous Practice Manager, Head Nurse,



or veterinary leadership experienceHas a strong background working within the veterinary industryHolds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification (highly regarded)Has strong people leadership and coaching skillsDemonstrates excellent organisational and time-management abilitiesHas experience managing teams, workflows, and clinic operationsIs a confident communicator who builds strong relationships with clients and colleaguesIs proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptableHas strong business acumen and attention to detailThrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitudeMost importantly, you're someone who enjoys helping teams succeed and creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.Why Greencross?
