Our team is currently working on major projects including Lumsden Point Wharf General Cargo Facility, Port Waratah Wharf Upgrade, Geraldton CBH Wharf Upgrade, Parramatta Light Rail 2 and Commonwealth Avenue Bridge Renewal.Job DescriptionRendel Ingerop Pty Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our highly qualified and expanding team across Australia.Undertake projects in Australia and internationallyGeotechnical design and analysis, such as ground interpretation, foundation and retaining wall design, slope stability assessment and finite element analysis.Inspection and onsite works supervision in AustraliaAdopt procedures for standardisation of work products and deliverables,
and peer review to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery of the Company's technical work productAdhere to Company procedures in the management, delivery and administration of ServicesEmbrace organisational change and appropriately modify behaviour and attitudes as requiredHave an understanding and awareness of the company values and business plan and your contribution to bothObserve and maintain Company Health and Safety Policy across all activitiesUndertake other reasonable duties as requested by your assignment or line managerQualificationsDistinction or higher Bachelors Degree in a relevant disciplineBasic knowledge of Australian Standards and other national and international industry standardsBasic awareness of forms of contract, construction methodologies and civil engineering proceduresDesire to work in a consultancy setting on large scale infrastructure projectsCompetent in the use of CAD and MS Office programmes and ability to develop competence in use of proprietary structural analysis programmes to suit specific role requirementsStrong problem-solving abilities, analytical and numeracy skills; highly results orientatedGood interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively to stakeholdersAble to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met whilst maintaining high quality workStrong team working to contribute to and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teamsSelf-motivated and committed, with a high degree of integrityRéférence de l'offre : REF****M
