Full-time Café Manager Sorganic café and bakery is located on Rokeby Road right at the heart of Subiaco WA.
Our eatery specialises in the preparation and serving to our customers a big range menu which include organic food, fresh bread, and high-quality coffee.
We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Café Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our café.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the café, including front-of-house and back-of-house activitiesPerform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of food preparation and service are provided to the café's customers by the cafe's employeesAddress customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionallyEnsure the café and its employees are compliance with food safety regulations, workplace health and safety laws, and local licensing requirements at all timesDirect hiring and firing, and training of the café's employees, including determining the wages for the employees, roster schedule and supervise employeesParticipate in planning menus and special dishes with chefs and ownersRegularly evaluate to estimate and update food and beverage pricesOversee and maintain records of stock levels and inventory for the caféOrder supplies, and regularly liaise to maintain sound business relationship with local and sustainable vendorsTrack sales, labour,
