Shape the future of digital financial services at Nissan.Nissan Financial Services is looking for a Senior Manager Digital Products to lead the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of our digital product portfolio across Digital Lending, Customer Experience and Dealer Services.Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Transformation Officer, this is a highly influential role where you'll shape how our customers and dealer partners interact with Nissan Financial Services and turn business strategy into digital products that deliver measurable commercial value.You'll operate at the intersection of customer experience, technology and commercial strategy, with genuine scope to influence what comes next.What You'll Be DoingOwn and evolve the digital product strategy and roadmap across Digital Lending, Customer Experience and Dealer ServicesLead digital products across their full lifecycle, from discovery and user research through to launch, adoption and continuous improvementTranslate business strategy, customer needs and commercial opportunities into clear product priorities and investment decisionsPartner with Sales, Operations, Risk and Finance and represent the digital product portfolio at executive levelChampion intuitive, accessible and customer-centred experiences across customer and dealer touchpointsDevelop business cases for digital investment and track ROI, adoption and value realisationManage key technology vendors and strategic partnersMonitor emerging technology, digital lending trends and changing customer behaviours to identify future opportunitiesWhat We're Looking ForYou're a commercially minded digital product leader who can see the bigger picture while understanding what it takes to turn strategy into products customers actually use.You'll bring:4+ years' experience in digital product management,



including at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacityA strong track record of taking digital products from strategy through to production in complex environmentsStrong product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management experienceExperience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning competing prioritiesStrong understanding of customer journeys, product metrics and commercial product managementThe ability to operate effectively through ambiguity and make clear prioritisation decisionsAn understanding of digital architecture, APIs and platform ecosystems, enabling effective partnership with technology and vendor teamsExperience within financial services, lending or automotive will be highly regarded, particularly exposure to digital products supporting dealer or broker channels.Why Nissan Financial Services?
