They are committed to legal excellence as a full-service commercial law firm and are recruiting a Lawyer/Associate to join their collaborative property team.About the roleWe are actively seeking a 2+ years PAE lawyer/associate, with expertise in real estate law to join a well-regarded property team based in Sydney.In this role, you will work closely with 3 experienced, highly reputable Partners, gaining exposure to a diverse mix of transactional, advisory, and project-based work.Additionally, key responsibilities include:assist with drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation while supporting complex transactions and significant client mattersconduct legal research, prepare practical advice and liaise with clients,



counterparties and other key stakeholdersmanage competing priorities across a variety of matters while developing robust technical, commercial and client relationship skillsAbout youYou will have 2+ years' PAE, with experience with a mid to top tier law firm and a background in transactional property-related matters.Additionally, you will have:Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a teamAbility to build rapport with key stakeholders and colleaguesDemonstrated knowledge about your client's industriesExcellent interpersonal skills and excellent time management skills.
