Job ResponsibilitiesAct as an extension of clients' in-house legal teamsProvide high-quality, responsive and practical commercial legal adviceDraft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, services, sponsorship and licensing agreementsAdvise on general commercial matters, corporate governance and regulatory compliance issuesAdvise on Australian Consumer Law and Privacy LawManage multiple client matters simultaneously across different business cultures and working stylesBuild relationships with in-house counsel and key business stakeholdersSupport supervision, training and development of junior lawyers and graduatesParticipate in business development initiatives, including client events, webinars, sales meetings and conferencesRequirementsAdmitted to practise on an unrestricted basis in AustraliaAt least 4 years' post qualification experience in private practice and/or in-houseStrong technical expertise in drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreementsExperience advising on general commercial and regulatory matters across diverse industriesExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with highly sophisticated clientsPractical,
