The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join a high‐performing finance team and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting and meaningful business insights.This is a hands‐on role with ownership across inventory accounting, general ledger, month‐end close and management reporting, while also providing analysis that supports better business decisions.
You'll work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and Head Office teams across the ANZ business, with the opportunity to drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.If you're a technically strong accountant who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and adding value beyond the numbers, this is an excellent chance to make an impact.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn inventory accounting, including valuations, reconciliations, provisions and variance analysisManage fixed assets and lease accountingMaintain and reconcile general ledger accountsPrepare and post journals in line with accounting standards and internal policiesLead and support month‐end close activitiesPrepare balance sheet reconciliations and review financial resultsDeliver management reporting and insightful variance analysisSupport internal and external audits,
tax compliance and statutory reportingIdentify and implement process improvementsProvide guidance and support to junior team membersRespond to ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requirementsAbout YouTo be successful, you will ideally have:CA or CPA qualification4-7 years' experience in financial accounting and/or auditStrong inventory accounting and general ledger experienceSolid experience across month‐end close, reporting, audit and complianceStrong analytical, reconciliation and problem‐solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and a strong control mindsetExperience working within a group reporting environment is advantageousStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive approach to process improvement and continuous optimisationWhy Join?
