you'll coordinate and drive high-quality tender submissions from opportunity through to lodgement.You'll bring together technical, commercial and project information from across the business and turn it into clear, compelling and professional submissions that showcase Prebuilt's capabilities.Your responsibilities will include:Managing tenders, bids, proposals, EOIs and capability submissionsDeveloping submission plans and coordinating input from internal stakeholdersWorking closely with estimating, design, construction and leadership teamsCoordinating pricing, methodologies, project experience and supporting documentationReviewing tender requirements and ensuring all compliance criteria are addressedWriting, editing and presenting compelling tender responsesManaging tender programs, deadlines and submission requirementsMaintaining and improving our bid library, templates and project case studiesMonitoring tender portals and upcoming opportunitiesResearching prospective clients and projectsContinuously improving the way Prebuilt approaches bids and submissionsAbout YouWe're open to speaking with both experienced Bid Managers and strong Senior Bid Coordinators who are ready to take the next step in their career.Ideally, you'll bring:Experience in bids,
