We are seeking a hands-on leader to drive day-to-day operations, ensure safety, and optimise throughput across a large seasonal workforce.You will develop production schedules, monitor KPIs, and work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Grower Services, Sales and Quality teams to deliver premium fruit to domestic and international customers.
