This is a fantastic chance for an experienced HR Advisor or HR Generalist to join a well established and growing organisation within the community healthcare sector.The biggest selling point?

You'll have the opportunity to work across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and employees across a diverse, multi site workforce and getting involved in everything from ER and performance through to recruitment, HR projects, culture and continuous improvement.The RoleWorking as part of an established HR team, you'll provide practical, trusted HR advice and support across the organisation.Your responsibilities will include:Providing HR advice and support to managers and stakeholdersEmployee relations and performance managementRecruitment, onboarding and offboardingPreparing contracts, variations and HR documentationAward interpretation, employment legislation and complianceHR policies and proceduresSupporting culture, engagement and learning initiativesContributing to HR projects,



systems and continuous improvementBuilding strong relationships with leaders and employees across the businessAbout YouWe're looking for an HR professional who is approachable, confident and enjoys being involved across the business.Ideally, you'll bring:Previous experience as an HR Advisor or HR GeneralistA relevant HR, Business or related qualificationGood working knowledge of Fair Work, Employment Law and AwardsExperience supporting employee relations and performance mattersStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining attention to detailRecruitment experience would be highly regardedHealthcare, pharmacy or another service based industry background would be advantageous, but is not essentialWhy Consider This Role?
