Our OpportunityWork Location: Cloudbreak - located on the traditional lands of the Palyku and Nyiyaparli peoplesRoster: 7D/7N/14R - FIFO ex Perth, Busselton, Broome, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing and KununurraCloudbreak is seeking a Roller Technician to maintain, replace and align conveyor rollers (idlers), ensuring secure and efficient operation of conveyor systems.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect, maintain and replace conveyor rollers (idler sets)Identify and rectify seized, damaged or misaligned rollersMaintain roller frames, stands and associated componentsPerform preventative maintenance on conveyor roller systemsSupport shutdown and breakdown works focused on rollersMonitor conveyor performance and identify roller-related faultsEnsure compliance with safety standards and site proceduresWork closely with maintenance teams to optimise reliabilityQualifications And ExperienceRelevant mechanical trade qualification (or similar experience)Proven experience with conveyor rollers and idler systemsStrong fault-finding skills on rotating equipmentExperience in mining or heavy industry environmentsUnderstanding of conveyor systems (roller-focused)Ability to work autonomously and within a teamStrong commitment to safety and continuous improvementCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceAbout UsBe part of something big.
