From forecasting student demand and evaluating growth opportunities to modelling new products and investment scenarios, your work will directly influence how we plan, grow and invest.Working closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, Workforce Planning and Data Engineering, you'll provide the insights and models that help shape Keypath's future growth.What You'll Be DoingOwn and maintain the APAC enrolment forecasting framework across university partners and study periodsDevelop, refine and continuously improve forecasting methodologies, assumptions and scenario modelsDeliver rolling forecasts,

challenging assumptions and helping leaders make informed decisions backed by data.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or a related quantitative disciplinePostgraduate qualifications in Analytics, Finance, Econometrics or a related field are advantageousExperienceYou'll bring:8+ years' experience in forecasting, commercial analytics, financial modelling or demand planningProven success developing enterprise forecasting frameworks and scenario modelling approachesDeep experience in financial modelling, ROI analysis, pricing strategy and investment evaluationStrong experience building performance tracking, pacing or predictive analytics solutionsAbility to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholdersExperience partnering with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Product and FinanceExposure to data engineering, automation initiatives and modern data platformsEducation or EdTech experience is desirable but not essentialTechnical SkillsAdvanced forecasting, statistical analysis and commercial modelling capabilityExpert-level Excel skills with strong financial modelling experienceAdvanced Power BI skills including dashboard development and executive reportingSQL proficiency and experience working with contemporary cloud-based data environments such as Microsoft FabricExperience using Python and/or R will be highly regardedStrong presentation, storytelling and executive communication skillsExceptional attention to detail, critical thinking and numerical reasoningWhat Success Looks LikeIn this role, you'll deliver accurate and trusted forecasts, provide commercial insights that drive strategic decisions, and build scalable modelling capabilities that enable sustainable growth across the APAC business.
