Risk Automation and Data SpecialistWe're looking for a Risk Automation and Data Specialist to help transform how risk and compliance information is captured, analysed and reported.
This role will play a key part in delivering data-driven insights, automating processes and enhancing decision-making across the business.Working closely with Risk & Compliance stakeholders, you'll turn complex data into meaningful insights, improve reporting capabilities and identify opportunities to streamline and automate key processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver meaningful risk and compliance data insights and reportingAnalyse trends, emerging risks and business impactsDevelop dashboards, reports and visualisationsIdentify and implement process automation opportunitiesGather and translate business requirements into data solutionsSource,



cleanse and validate data for analysis and reportingSupport governance forums through high-quality reporting and insightsPartner with stakeholders to drive data-led decision makingLeverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and outcomesSupport ad hoc risk and compliance initiatives as requiredAbout YouTertiary qualification in Data Science (essential)1-2 years' experience in a data science, analytics or related roleStrong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skillsExperience with Python, SQL, Power BI and ExcelUnderstanding of modern data analytics and reporting practicesExposure to AI-enabled tools and automation technologiesAbility to translate complex data into transparent business insightsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsHighly organised with the ability to manage competing prioritiesInterest in building a career within risk, compliance or financial servicesApplicants will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility to work in Australia, and at a minimum be required to undertake police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment.
