An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced property professional to join a high-performing national commercial real estate business within its growing Retail Investments team.Working alongside highly experienced Partners, agents and analysts, this position will play a key role in the analysis, positioning and execution of significant retail investment transactions across Australia.This is an opportunity suited to an experienced Senior Analyst, Valuer or Capital Transactions skilled looking to gain greater exposure to major transactions and work closely with some of the industry's leading operators.The RoleAs Senior Analyst – Retail Investments, you will support the execution and marketing of major retail investment transactions, including shopping centres, supermarkets and large-format retail assets.Your responsibilities will include:Execution of large-scale retail investment transactionsFinancial analysis and due diligence across major retail assetsLease analysis, outgoings reviews and cash flow modellingForbury modelling and assessment of property financialsPreparation of institutional-grade Information Memorandums and sale materialsStrategic positioning and marketing of investment opportunitiesAnalysis of sales, leasing and broader market transactionsMaintaining transaction and market databasesResearching investment markets, demographics and macroeconomic trendsPreparation of submissions, presentations and client materialsSupporting Partners and senior sales agents throughout transaction campaignsBuilding relationships with property professionals nationallyContributing to the broader national analyst teamAbout YouYou will ideally bring:5+ years' experience across property investment, valuation,
