We want them feel safe, and at home in our facilities.We're a tight knit team at each of our facilities, and this goes a long way to ensure that we can manage our busy schedules, whilst sharing some laughs and banter.This is a casual Care Worker role working across morning and afternoon shifts.Your Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited ToCarefully read & follow care plansAssist with personal careWork under the guidance of Shift Managers (Nursing & Facility)Treat our residents & their family with respectShow compassion & exercise patienceAbout YouYou are someone who connects with the values of Southern Cross Care WA and understands the meaningful impact this role has on the lives of older people.
