J oin RAC as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and play a key role in supporting recruitment activities across our organisation.Working within our People & Capability team, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring leaders, candidates, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless, compliant, and engaging recruitment experience from attraction through to onboarding.This is a Part Time opportunity available on an initial 6 - month contract/secondment basis - hours are flexible with approximately 30 hours per week available.What you will be doing :As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of end-to-end recruitment activities, including:Coordinating recruitment processes through Workday and associated systemsPreparing employment contracts, recruitment documentation, and candidate correspondenceArranging interviews and managing recruitment logisticsSupporting candidate screening, phone interviews, and reference checksManaging candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycleCoordinating onboarding and pre-commencement activitiesManaging enquiries received through the Talent Acquisition inboxConducting pre-employment compliance checks, including police clearances, right-to-work verification, qualification and licence validationMaintaining accurate recruitment records and documentationSupporting recruitment reporting, continuous improvement initiatives,



and Talent Acquisition projects.What you wi ll bring :We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building robust relationships while managing multiple priorities.You will ideally have:Experience in a recruitment coordination, administration, HR, or corporate support roleStrong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detailExperience working with leaders, candidates, or other stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConfidence using digital systems, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office applicationsThe ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalismA customer-first mindset and passion for delivering positive experiencesExperience using an applicant tracking system such as Workday (desirable).
