Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with seating arrangementsTake and process food and beverage orders accurately,



noting dietary requirements or special requestsServe meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standardsRegularly check in with guests, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfactionMaintain a clean and organised work area, including clearing and resetting tablesCollaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate delivery of ordersHandle payments and process transactions accuratelyUpsell and promote specials, beverages, and additional menu itemsAccommodate guest requests and provide excellent serviceWork flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a similar food and beverage or hospitality roleStrong knowledge of menu items, with the ability to recommend food, wine, and cocktails (training provided)Excellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work well in a teamPhysically fit, able to stand for long periods and carry/lift heavy items
