We provide accommodation, case management, outreach, financial assistance, and connections to specialist services – supporting people to rebuild independence and stability.About the roleWe're seeking a compassionate and proactive Support Worker to empower clients in developing their capacity to live independently.
Working closely with Case Managers and Team Leaders, you'll provide holistic support that makes a real difference in people's lives.This is a part-time (20 hours a week) position based in Surry Hills, reporting to the Residential Support Team Leader.
The role involves 24-hour rostered shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends,
and public holidays).
