CONSTANT is currently seeking experienced Retail Security Officers to join our team in Townsville on a Part-Time and Casual basis.This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in retail security or loss prevention who are confident working in fast-paced retail environments.
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure workplace for customers, staff, and assets, while delivering a high level of customer service.Key responsibilities include:Monitoring CCTV systems and identifying suspicious behaviourConducting regular foot patrols and store checksPreventing theft and minimising stock lossResponding to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional mannerCompleting detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate recordsLiaising with store management and law enforcement where requiredProviding a visible security presence to deter anti-social behaviourAssisting customers and staff while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanorTo be successful in this role,
