A global leader in critical digital infrastructure is seeking a Business Development Manager (Data Centres) to drive service sales growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts.The business provides critical power, cooling, infrastructure and lifecycle solutions to data centres and other high-availability environments.
This role will focus on developing new service opportunities, expanding service coverage and building long-term customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive service sales strategy and revenue growth across strategic accountsBuild and manage a robust pipeline of service opportunitiesIdentify maintenance renewals, warranty-to-service conversions and upsell opportunitiesDevelop relationships with senior stakeholders and key customersPrepare proposals, quotations and commercial solutionsWork closely with account management,



service delivery and technical teamsExpand service coverage across existing customer installationsAbout YouBackground in business development, sales or commercial rolesTertiary qualification in Business, Engineering or related fieldStrong commercial acumen and relationship-building skillsProven ability to develop opportunities and achieve sales targetsCustomer-focused with a proactive, hunter mentalityExperience within data centres, critical infrastructure, power, technology or facilities is highly desirableUtility-scale experience across energy, renewables, BESS or power infrastructure is desirableStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skillsEngineering, business or related tertiary qualification preferredSydney-based | Business Development | Data Centre | Strategic accounts | Critical infrastructure | Service & lifecycle solutions
