general housekeeping and domestic tasksProvide transport to appointments, activities and community servicesMonitor clients' health and wellbeing and report relevant changesMaintain accurate documentation and protect client confidentialityEncourage clients to remain involved in their care and daily activitiesPromote each client's dignity, independence, choice and safetyAbout YouYou will bring:A caring, compassionate and respectful approachA genuine interest in supporting older people to live independentlyThe confidence to work independently in clients' homesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA reliable and adaptable approach to service deliveryAn understanding of infection control and safe work practicesThe ability to recognise and communicate changes in a client's conditionExperience providing high-quality support within aged care, home care or community servicesRequired Qualifications and CertificatesCertificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care,
