Your responsibilities will includeWelcoming and assisting patientsAnswering and making telephone callsManaging patient bookings and the appointment diaryProcessing payments, including using the HICAPS terminalGeneral reception and front‐desk administrationSupporting practitioners and allied health team members as requiredPrevious experience with Best Practice medical software is essential.
