You will foster independent living skills and empower your clients to make choices that lead to fulfilment and achievement of individual goals.We are looking for Disability Support Workers who have availability and flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts.What you'll doAs a Disability Support Worker in our Disability and Ageing teams, you'll:Assist clients in undertaking a range of activities of daily living including medication, personal & self-care, food preparation & mealtime assistance, dressing & maintenance of personal hygienePromote development and maintenance of independent living skillsReceipt and maintenance of written records in accordance with guidelines including- medical records, health and safety concerns,
