Act as a key point of contact for existing customersRespond to customer enquiries via phone and emailCoordinate freight requests and customer requirementsLiaise with internal teams, carriers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth deliveryTrack orders and provide customers with updatesResolve customer issues and follow up on outstanding mattersAssist with quotes, bookings and general account enquiriesSupport current customer onboardingMaintain accurate customer and CRM recordsEnsure customer requests are followed through from start to finishProvide practical and timely solutions to customer queriesWhat we're looking for?
Experience in Customer Service, Client Support, Account Coordination, Administration or a similar roleExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organisation and attention to detailConfident managing multiple enquiries and prioritiesA proactive and solutions-focused approachStrong follow-up skills and a customer-first mindsetComfortable working across multiple internal teamsExperience within freight, transport or logistics will be highly regarded, but is not essentialWoods & Co Recruitment is committed to creating a positively diverse and inclusive workforce that values all backgrounds and experiences.
