This full-time, permanent position will see you supporting senior staff in a agile, high-performing environment.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, a self-starter, and able to confidently juggle competing priorities with sound judgment and exceptional coordination skills.

some of your responsibilities will include:Proactive diary and email managementDeveloping productive working relationships with key contacts internally and externallyDiary management and organisation of fee earnersDocument production and amendment in Microsoft Office SuiteTravel arrangements & meeting coordinationMonthly client billingCorporate expense reconciliationHigh volume file management including file opening and closing, electronic and physical filing, scanning, printing, photocopying and archivingAssist team with financial hygiene including debt collections, voucher requests, client monies and client reportingArrange general and trust account receipting and disbursing of fundsBuilding and maintaining client portfolios and reportingMaintaining client databases and key contact information.Develop strong productive working relationships with stakeholders and team members across the firm, key contacts and clientsMaintaining an understanding of AML-related procedures and applying them accurately and consistently in day-to-day practiceWhat You NeedThe successful candidate will ideally have experience as a Legal Assistant and will also possess:Excellent prioritisation and organisational skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailA proactive and flexible attitude and high degree of initiativeThe ability to clearly and confidently communicate at all levelsPrevious experience within the legal industry or professional services environmentSignificant experience using file management software (preferably iManage) and account management software (preferably Elite)Advanced MS Word skills, including document creation and presentationStrong understanding of MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and other softwareAbility to use PEXA and LRS websites for settlements (desirable)
