UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a casual Supported Living Facilitator to assist clients in their homes around Toowoomba.
You will drive between visits, provide in-home care and support daily living activities to enhance independence.You will be on the road for scheduled visits, performing personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping and transport to appointments.
CPR/First Aid and NDIS screening are required; a valid driver license and access to a vehicle are essential.
