you'll be responsible for delivering a broad range of preventative and reactive maintenance services across the property.Your responsibilities will include:Carrying out general building repairs and maintenance across the propertyTroubleshooting and assisting with repairs to building systems and equipmentCompleting basic plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and electrical maintenanceCarrying out carpentry, painting, patching and general building worksRepairing and replacing ceiling tiles, door hardware and other building finishesInspecting buildings, equipment and surrounding areas to identify faults and maintenance requirementsResponding promptly to maintenance requests, breakdowns and emergency situationsAssisting with preventative maintenance and servicing of building equipmentSupporting the maintenance of fire and life safety systems as requiredUsing tools, technology and building management systems to complete maintenance tasks safely and efficientlyAbout YouWe're looking for a practical, motivated professional who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
To be successful, you will have:High School Diploma or GED equivalent2+ years of relevant experience in a commercial property or facilities environmentTechnical, vocational or on-the-job training in areas such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting or carpentryCurrent Australian Driver's Licence and good driving recordBasic computer skills,
