Join Uniting at Park Meadows Westmead, our brand-new retirement living community, and play a key role in creating a welcoming and vibrant environment for residents from day one.As Campus Administration Support, you'll be at the heart of village life, supporting daily operations, building meaningful relationships with residents and visitors, and helping shape a positive community experience alongside a passionate and supportive team.Why you'll love this opportunityJoin a brand-new retirement living community and help establish its culture and resident experienceBuild meaningful connections with residents, families and visitorsVariety in your day across administration, customer service, events and community engagementWork closely with an experienced Campus Manager and collaborative teamWhat you'll be doingAs Campus Administration Support, you'll work closely with the Campus Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our retirement living community.Your responsibilities will include:Providing exceptional customer service to residents, visitors and stakeholdersResponding to enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathySupporting resident activities, events and community engagement initiativesManaging administrative processes, records and documentationAssisting with resident communications, newsletters and meetingsSupporting reporting, budget administration and operational activitiesBuilding positive relationships across the campus and wider Uniting teamContributing to a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all residents and visitors.About youTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:Experience in an administrative or customer service roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA professional,
organised and proactive approach to your workConfidence using digital systems and managing administrative processesExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesA genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer serviceExperience within retirement living, aged care or a similar community-based setting will be highly regarded.Why join Uniting?
